One bedroom in-law type apartment for rent at our private residence. Apartment is on the same property as our house but is a separate building .
The apartment is 850 square feet total space with the following:

One large bedroom with two closets.
Living room fair size. Kitchen that has refrigerator, electric stove, double sink and pantry.

The bathroom has toilet, single sink in cabinet with 3 draws. Single stand up shower no Tub (sorry) and a linen closet.

Hallway to my shop (Shop not included) where the washer/dryer hook up are and the hot water heater. No washer or dryer provided.

My shop is used for storing my Motorcycle and tools and occasionally I do some work in it but not at night or when the tenant is Home.

We also have a small in ground pool that is 24X12 ft and only 4 ft deep, due to liaility and DHS, NO CHILDREN. DHS regulations require each child to have a seperate bedroom. The pool can be used at night with the light on but be respectful, we are not all nighters!

Electric is not included in rent and a separate deposit for electrical is required ($100.00).

Water, Sewer and Garbage Pickup is included up to $50 a month. Water and Sewer is connected to the same lines as our House and Sewer charge is based on Water usage. Figure it out! No Single renter has exceeded the $50 a month, yet.

One months rent as security deposit and first months rent at move in (600.00 + 600.00 = $1200.00) plus the Utility deposit of $100.00.

If you want cable, the apartment is wired for cable but we do not provide the service. It is available through Mediacom or get a Satellite Dish.
Wireless Internet shared through our Connection.

Mature individual with references from previous landlord(s) and must have steady employment that is verifiable.

NON-SMOKER and NON-DRINKER PREFERRED. Renters insurance to be provided by renter if needed on move in.
Looking for Mature, Responsible Employed Tenant (NO SELF EMPLOYED CONSIDERED).
Available June 1st. References and employment will be checked.

NO PETS of any Kind Allowed, No Exceptions.

NON SMOKING-NO DRUGS and Preferences given to ALCOHOL FREE tenant.
